Material Introduction

Lightweight Mullite Flange Bricks are fabricated from high-purity mullite refractory materials through precision shaping, high-temperature sintering, and CNC post-machining.

In high-temperature kilns and thermal systems, flange connection points represent critical zones prone to heat loss and thermal stress. Mullite flange bricks provide superior thermal insulation and sealing integrity, effectively isolating extreme internal temperatures and protecting outer metal assemblies from overheating.
